Art.1 Using Conditions
The information and the materials used on this site are the property of S.C. Select Turism S.R.L. The use of any text, image, material, file or constructing object belonging to this site with other purposes than the non commercial ones or those specified on the site without the written agreement of S.C. Select Turism S.R.L. is forbidden, being protected by the law of the author's rights.
The data and the information are presented on S.C. Select Turism S.R.L. website only with informative purposes. S.C. Select Turism S.R.L. reserves its right to modify or change the contents, as well as the website structure at any time and without previous notification.
Art.2 The using of the site
S.C. Select Turism S.R.L. authorizes you to explore this site only if its use has a personal, non commercial purpose, provided that you maintain all the symbols and texts concerning copyright and the property right which the original materials contain on any copy of the materials. You are not allowed to modify in any way the materials on this site, reproduce them, show them in public or redistribute them with a commercial purpose. The use of these materials on other sites or computer networks, with any purpose, is forbidden. The materials on this site are the property of S.C. Select Turism S.R.L. and their unauthorized use can infringe the law of the author's rights. If you do not comply with these conditions, you are no longer authorized to use this site and consequently you have to destroy all the materials that you have printed or saved in your computer.
Art.3 The information transfer outside Romania
In order to achieve the goals stipulated at Art.1, Vila-select.ro will have the right to transfer the information to third companies from abroad.
Art.4 Your rights:
4.1 4.1 Regarding the information processing, we inform you that you have the following rights:
a) the right to get, on demand and free of charge, for one request per year, the confirmation of the fact that the data which concerns you is processed by us;
b) the right to object at any time, for well-grounded and lawful reasons related to your particular situation, to data which concerns you to be the object of a processing, excepting the cases in which legal provisions exist. In the case of a justified opposition, the processing will no longer concern the data in question;
c) the right to object, at any moment, free of charge and with no justification, to data which concerns you to be processed with the purpose of direct marketing, on behalf of TourismGuide.ro or of a third party, or to the data being revealed to third persons with such a purpose;
d) the right to lodge a complaint, to the supervising authority in the case in which you consider that your data has not been processed according to the law;
4.2 4.2 For the situations stipulated at let.a), let.b) and let.c) you will submit a dated and signed written petition. In the petition you will specify if you wish for the information to be communicated to you at a certain address (even e-mail) or by a correspondence service which ensures the personal delivery.
4.3.Vila-select.ro will communicate the adopted measures/required information to you within 15 days from the date of the receiving of the petition.
Art.5 Users registration
Any other information, besides the personal information, any materials, information or other communications that you transmit to the site will be considered non confidential. S.C. Select Turism S.R.L. will have no obligation concerning these communications. S.C. Select Turism S.R.L and its employees will be allowed to copy, reveal, distribute, incorporate and use in these ways the communications and all the data, images, sounds, texts and other materials contained by them with any commercial or non commercial purposes. The transmitting from/to the site of any illegal, threatening, liberal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic material or of any other material which breaks the law or infringes the human rights is forbidden.
Art.6 The connections to other sites
The connections to other sites from this site are offered to you just to help you. If you use these connections, you will leave this site. S.C. Select Turism S.R.L. has not analyzed these sites, it does not control them and it cannot be held responsible for them or their contents. Thus, S.C. Select Turism S.R.L does not endorse or does not stand for these sites, including the information, the software and other products or materials found on these sites or other results that can be obtained by their use. If you decide to use them, this will happen on your own responsibility.
Art. 7. Booking
The booking of the rooms can be performed in two ways:
a) Online
b) d) By telephone, e-mail or yahoo messenger.
a) The booking of the rooms by means of the online secured system implies your following the steps of the booking system. Besides the general data asked for by the booking system (name, departure/arrival date, address, telephone nr. etc) you will have to provide the data of the credit card with which you guarantee this booking. The credit card with which you guaranteed the booking will be checked at the request of S.C. Select Turism S.R.L. with the help of the collaborating bank and there will be blocked up on the tourist's card the exchange value of 50% of the cost of the stay, but no less than 1 night accommodation. On the day of the tourist's arrival at the villa's reception desk the way of paying for the booking will be established by mutual agreement with the tourist: cash or by credit card. The unblocking of the sum of money that was blocked on the tourist's credit card at the time of the booking will be performed within 1,2 up to 5 working days, depending on the specific conditions of the bank which issued the tourist's card.
S.C. Select Turism S.R.L. reserves its right to debit the card of the tourist who performed the booking under the conditions stipulated at art.2.
b) The bookings performed by telephone, e-mail or yahoo messenger are valid after having received the proof for the payment of the prepay, within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of the performing of the booking, by fax: +40-268-45.65.79 or by e-mail at info@vila-select.ro or vila_select@yahoo.com
The prepay for the booking consists of at least 50% out of the total cost of the stay and must be received 6 days before the arrival, otherwise the booking will be cancelled, and the bank transfer must be performed at:

Short bookings (1 night, 2 nights or "last minute") can be performed at any time, depending on availability.
S.C. Select Turism S.R.L. reserves its right to return the prepay to the tourist only under the conditions mentioned below.
Art. 8. Conditions regarding the booking canceling
A cancelled booking can only be performed in writing and it becomes valid the moment it is confirmed by Select Villa.
The possibilities of canceling a booking are as follows:
- the canceling of the booking10 days before the arrival triggers no penalties;
- the canceling of the booking 5 days before the arrival triggers a penalty which consists of 50% of the total cost of the stay;
- the canceling of the booking 1 day before the arrival triggers a penalty which consists of 80% of the total cost of the stay.
The breaking of the conditions of the booking canceling, no shows, the canceling of the booking on the day of the arrival or during the stay trigger the cashing of the whole sum due for the booked stay.
Art.9 Promotions
All the promotions are submitted to availability and inventory. S.C. Select Turism S.R.L. reserves its rights to change, modify or cancel the promotions at any time and without previous notification.
Art. 10 Disclaimer
THE MATERIALS AND SERVICES OFFERED BY THIS SITE ARE OFFERED “AS SUCH” WITHOUT ANY KIND OF GUARANTEE, INCLUDING THE GUARANTEES OF MARKETING, OF SUITING A CERTAIN UTILIZATION OR OF NOT INFRINGING THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. S.C. Select Turism S.R.L does not guarantee for the accuracy and integrity of the materials or services on this site. S.C. Select Turism S.R.L could perform changes regarding the materials and services on this site, or regarding the described products and prices at any time without previous notification. The materials and services on this site could be out-of-date, and S.C.
